Spoilers are present on this shrine! It is heavily advised to have played at least LISA: The Painful before reading this shrine in full.

After an apocalyptic event known as the White Flash, all women have died out; leaving Olathe as a desolate landscape of only men.

The future of humanity is uncertain in these conditions.


Note:   this shrine will focus on the original games, and not the Serenity Forge Definitive Editions.

The LISA series follows the Armstrong family, primarily Brad Armstrong during the events of LISA: The Painful. The general subject material of the LISA series is heavy, so discretion is advised.

Some general warnings are as follows:
1. Violence.
2. Abuse.
3. Misogyny, or degrading language towards women.

This shrine will detail party members, locations, characters, and many more. It is currently IN PROGRESS.

Brad Armstrong

Bradley Edwin Armstrong is the protagonist of LISA: The Painful. The player directs Brad around Olathe to find Buddy, his adoptive daughter, who has been kept a secret from the world since Brad found her.


Lisa Armstrong

Lisa Armstrong is the protagonist of LISA: The First. The player explores Lisa's inner mind, solving puzzles and picking apart her experiences through her own psyche.


Buddy Armstrong

Buddy Armstrong is the protagonist of LISA: The Joyful. After the events of the Painful, the player directs Buddy in her adventure across Eastern Olathe.


Soundtrack

The soundtrack of each LISA game is also created by Austin Jorgensen, under the name Widdly 2 Diddly. These soundtracks are made using FL Studio, and at the time of the mainline LISA games, Widdly 2 Diddly had very limited musical knowledge.

Due to this, the LISA series soundtracks are regarded very highly, the particular style Widdly 2 Diddly displays while having little to no musical history makes for these tracks to stand out as highly unique among other RPG series.

LISA: PAIN & JOY vinyls are currently avaliable for pre-order here, and are expected to ship in early 2024.

Each soundtrack list will have 3 preview tracks, and the full OSTs are linked on the record pixel next to each game's title.
